Read through the wall of reviews below. Look for the pattern — binding flat held at the curb, COI filed ahead of time, the same crew from load to unload, Wisconsin nice on the desk and Wisconsin discipline on the truck. If a job did not go that way, Erik wants to hear about it; the Robertson Road desk takes complaints in person and answers in 24 hours.
How the reviews get written
Cassie Vogel closes every job file fourteen days after the unload. The closing email includes a single Google review link — no incentive, no kickback, no gift card, no mailing list. About half of households write back. We post all of them, including the 4-star and the occasional 3-star. The August 1 lease-week reviews tend to mention crew speed and curb timing; the December and January reviews tend to mention heated truck box and frozen-ground anchor straps. Both are the job.
Why we publish complaints too
Wisconsin nice does not mean Wisconsin quiet. If a Mansion Hill stair tread got scratched, if a Maple Bluff lake-driveway turnaround took longer than the binding flat figured, if a heated truck box was running cold on a -20°F windchill morning — we hear about it and we fix it. The binding flat is the binding flat; the claim window is nine months; the cargo insurance is $1M per shipment. The whole point of running a single-owner Wisconsin shop is that Erik signs the apology too.
