What information lands on the Robertson Road desk
When you submit the contact form or call Jenny, we record your name, the origin and destination addresses, your phone number, your email, a basic inventory list, the requested move date window, and any HOA or property-management details you share for the COI. When you walk Dustin through the property (in person or by video), we record stair counts, doorway widths, lake-driveway grade, parking access and inventory photographs in the customer file. When Cassie closes the job, the file holds the signed binding flat figure, the move-day notes from Lukas or Tony, and the receipt for the deposit.
Why we keep it
To write a binding figure, to file the HOA COI with property management seventy-two hours ahead, to keep the federal nine-month claim window open if a piece arrives damaged, to bill the credit card or run the ACH, to dispatch the August lease-week or January carry crew to your curb, and to comply with the Wisconsin PSC household-goods carrier record-keeping rules. We also keep the file long enough to recognize you if you come back in three years for a second move.
Who sees it
The Bauer family and the W-2 MOOvers crew on your job.
